Fiona is an excellent yoga teacher. She has a magical knack of making an hour feel like a few minutes. You can just tell her heart is fully immersed in her practice and that makes it such a pleasure to be one of her students. Fiona gives thought to everything; warming up with both the breath and body, appreciation of the importance of checking in with her class. She guides but also gives time for silence, which I think is critical to getting into the flow. She is totally present and makes every class interesting; bringing her knowledge and wisdom together to provide a session where you feel like you've worked out your body and calmed your mind. She is also a wonderfully positive person and really down to earth. We love you Fiona. Thank you.

As an electrical engineer, I didn't believe in the Yoga benefits. After a lot of push, I started Wednesday mornings Yoga sessions with Fiona at UoN. After that, my life totally changed; I am less stressed, my everyday posture improved along with my flexibility and balance. I do not think I would have survived PhD without Yoga with Fiona! She is just amazing, full of kindness, positiveness and inspiration. Since she was able to 'transform' me, a totally rigid, stressed-out person with not a single believe in yoga benefits, she can help everyone!

"I’ve never been to a hot yoga class before, and only been to a couple of regular yoga classes, but Fi definitely made this my best yoga experience by far. She added her own personality to the class, which allowed me to feel relaxed and not self conscious despite being a beginner.
